Hi, i’M Kelly!

My name is Kelly Mozdy, and I am a certified health and wellness professional, registered ultrasonographer, founder of Kelly Kounts Macros, and macro coach from Harborcreek, Pennsylvania. I am also a wife, mother of two, and lover of all things related to nutrition and exercise. 

I am a goal-setting, compassionate (yet truthful) coach who can’t imagine my life without peanut butter, chocolate, cookie dough, hot fudge, and kettle corn.  

I work with men and women who are tired of yo-yo dieting, spending money on fad diets/overpriced products, overeating, the vicious cyclic self-sabotaging weekends, and working out without getting the results that they want and deserve. 

I help my clients jumpstart their nutrition goals from losing fat to gaining muscle or simply by developing a better relationship with food.
