Before I started tracking macros, I had a terrible habit of constant snacking. I thought because I chose foods I thought were healthy plus eliminated sweets, I would get the results I wanted. Instead it led me to a vicious cycle of overeating and constant cravings. After Kelly introduced me to and I started counting macros, I developed a healthier relationship with food and started re-introducing my favorite sweets, macro-approved! I am never hungry and have more energy…

Before counting Macros with Kelly, I would diet by counting calories. I did have some weight loss success with counting calories, but it left me feeling hungry and lacking energy. With counting macros, I am never hungry and have more energy. Kelly has great recipes and tips and she is very encouraging! My first week I lost 8 pounds…

After Kelly taught me how to count Macros I was excited to try something new but I honestly didn’t have very high hopes of success. I had gained so much weight in the last two years and I had tried every “fast” diet I could find. I would lose weight and then gain it back plus more. I hated going anywhere and I stopped enjoying the clothes I wore. When I saw the amount of food I was supposed to eat counting Macros I expected to gain more, not lose. My first week I lost 8 pounds and was totally in shock!! I continued to lose weight each week while I was eating more food than I ever had before...and never once exercised during my 6-week Macros journey!! On the last day of this program I lost a total of 24.3 pounds and 9 inches!! Kelly has made a Macro-counting believer out of me and I can’t wait to see how much healthier I can be adding exercise into my new lifestyle!! Thank you Kelly!!!~Wendy

If you haven’t tried macros… now is the time…

Before I started counting macros I had started Noom which taught me a lot about my mindset around eating. It also had me eating very little to make sure I didn’t exceed my calories. After Kelly introduced me to macros I finally knew what to eat and my mindset changed from eating less than my total calories to eating the RIGHT things to fill those calories. Since my journey began in JANUARY I’ve dropped 33 pounds. I have confidence, energy, and I finally want to take pictures and try on new clothes! I feel confident…

I can actually lose weight and eat more…

Before I started counting macros, I was convinced I was living a healthy life style as I had been doing intermittent fasting for 2+ years. In 2018, I dropped 10-12 pounds and got some not-so-great blood work results back on track without medication with that initial weight loss plus exercise. As time went on, my weight loss plateaued. I exercised more. I exercised harder. But the weight loss just stalled, and I could not understand why. What I didn’t realize was in my eating window, I ate excessively and ate the wrong balance of foods (mostly a lot of carbs!). After Kelly introduced me to macro counting, it shifted my focus to portions and the right mixture of carb, fats, and protein. Now my workouts are showing noticeable progress in my abs, arms, and even my face! While the scale might “only” show I’m down 6 lbs in 6 weeks, I’ve lost several inches. I’m actually enjoying more meals each day. Knowledge is key! I can actually lose weight and eat more. It’s a win/win!~Chrissie

I’m so glad i signed up to do this with you…

I have a sorta long story but I’m super excited about it! About 7 years ago after my 2nd baby was born I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease...before being put on medication that worked I lost a lot of weight...unhealthily bc my body was not absorbing nutrients. During this time period I bought a pair of pants for the following spring. Well, by the time spring came around, I had been on medication and was now gaining weight so the pants no longer fit. But I kept these pants bc ‘someday’ I’d get back into them.......well.....I just tried them on and they fit! 🥳🥳 and I didn’t lose the weight unhealthily this time!! Also, my meals are starting to flow a lot better; really getting into the swing of things now. I’m so glad I signed up to do this with you!!~Anonymous

EAch day I feel stronger…

Before I started macros counting I have to admit I was a little discouraged. I have struggled with weight my whole life. I was always thin and throughout high school, I struggled with anorexia and bulimia. When I graduated from high school I weighed a whopping 92lbs. After joining the army, I went from a size 0 to a size 11 in just 9 weeks! Everyone else was losing and I was gaining. I leveled out around a size 4 to 6, even after my first two kiddos, leveled it back out within a reasonable amount of time. About 5 years ago I got completely away from working out and leveled out (plateaued) between an 8 to 10. I did paleo and dropped the weight but as soon as I looked at a French fry I gained 10 lbs. Soon I was back to the 8 to 10 and not feeling so great about myself. Because I wasn’t working out, I didn’t have a lot of strength and endurance and just felt exhausted all the time. Over the summer I started dabbling in working out and by November, I committed to make it part of my lifestyle. I noticed small changes and could tell I was getting stronger but could feel the discouragement of not seeing the scale move or my pants size move. I’m short with a smaller frame so my ideal body weight is somewhere around 120lbs at a size 4. I started macro counting 4 weeks ago today. I have lost five lbs so far, I have lost 2 inches off my belly and my hips. I can zip and fit most of my 6’s comfortably. I’ve enjoyed ice-cream with my family and family dinners while learning to keep it balanced. Because I am seeing some progress it is easier to press forward and say no to the extra sugars and sweets and keep in moderation. Each day I feel stronger and more equipped to see this through. I am no longer looking in the mirror ashamed but encouraged and finally believe it is possible to be thin and fit and the best version of myself. Next 5lbs, here we go! ~Chrystal

The habits I’ve formed are my new lifestyle…

Before Kelly taught me to count macros, I thought there was no way to make the progress I would want to make fast enough and in a sustainable way. I’d give up before I’d even started. After working with Kelly, I realized that lower calorie targets were possible and that I could hit them while staying satisfied and full with the types of food I wanted to eat. Our sessions together changed both my outlook and my relationship with food. In addition to losing 24+ pounds and 23” in less than 12 weeks, my routine blood work improvements were substantial. Kelly has equipped me with lifelong skills…

After the birth of my third child, I knew I wanted to lose the baby weight quick. I had spent the last 5 years of my life having babies, and I wanted my body back. I had no idea where to start, and then Kelly came into the picture (thanks to an amazing Mother’s Day gift!). She taught me a healthy and sustainable method to lose weight. I am one of the world’s pickiest eaters, but through private coaching with Kelly, she helped me with ideas to meet my macros and encouraged me to try new recipes! I also am an emotional eater, and working with Kelly has helped me overcome that. This is because I make a plan each day, and I stick to it. Kelly also helped me with the numerous summer events we had where food might be a temptation. She taught me about moderation and that eating sweets doesn’t have to be an all-or-nothing attitude. At the end of 12 weeks, I have lost 22 lbs. and 25.3 inches. I am back down to my pre-child #3 weight, and he isn’t even 5 months old yet!
