A detailed personal history/intake is provided to address needs specific to your history. Examples include: PCOS, infertility, heart disease, prediabetes, high cholesterol, eating disorders, and emotional/stress eating.

Your progress will be track daily through the My Macros+ app. You’ll also get virtual personal check-ins and macros updates with me to discuss wins, challenges, energy, performance and make adjustments as necessary.
